How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by logging into your Vaaradhi Generics account and clicking on “Order History”. Click on the details of the order you wish to cancel and hit the “Cancel” button. If your order is “In Transit” you must wait until the order reaches you and if you still wish to cancel, simply tell the courier delivery person that you “refuse delivery”, and the order will then cancel.

OTC or Over The Counter products are products for which you do not require a prescription.

Vouchers can only be used to purchase prescription medication.
Can the expiry dates of medication be known before completing the order?

Whats is Assisted Ordering?
Here, orders are placed based on the prescriptions uploaded by the customers. Once the prescription is uploaded, the order is placed by our pharmacist. You will receive a notification/call to check the details of the prescription and complete the order.
How do I add medication which are not mentioned in the uploaded prescription?
If you have placed an “Assisted Order”, you will not be able to add any other medication which is not mentioned in the uploaded prescription. You can however place another order for the medication you require.
Do generic/alternative medication require Rx too?
Yes, a prescription in required for generic/alternate medication. If you do not have one, we will can help you consult a doctor and get you a prescription.
If I don't have a prescription then what is the procedure?
You can place the order online. We will arrange for a doctor to consult with you and prescribe the required medication.
What is the waiting time to receive an online prescription?
An online prescription can be arranged within 2 to 4 hours of raising a request for the same.

Sometimes, the doctor may be held up due to medical emergencies. Kindly allow some time for the doctor to respond to your messages.

All your chat consultations can be found in the “Ongoing Chats” menu. This can also be directly accessed.

For the chat consultation to happen, you will have to have stable internet connectivity. If the internet connection is not available, then the message wouldn’t have been sent. Please check your connectivity and try sending the message again.

Will I get a prescription over chat?
Our doctors might suggest your medication & diagnostic tests based on your medical condition over chat. But our doctor would not be able to provide a prescription over the chat consultation. The chat consultation is generally used by patients to get medical advice.
